They only talked about themselves the whole time and didn't seem to know what my tasks would be. The staff was very friendly and the process was easy. Never have I been to a longer interview.

Four people were interviewed for a Technical Lead position requiring knowledge of Java, C++, Perl, and Unix. Most of the questions were basic and could be found on various websites.

Direct outreach from Engineering Managers to the interview. I did not apply via the portal nor reached out to any recruiter. They scheduled the first round of interviews. The agenda was not entirely clear, but overall it was a good experience.
