Compensation for freshers is good. Food in the office is good.
The team or manager doesn't consider your say or ideas. They want you to take ownership but they won't let you have that. There was no proper training or KT session for understanding the project needs.
There was POSH, culture, and a lot of training, but not what is required for the project. This is the case with my team.
