Job stability at fair market salary
Very strong groups. Difficult for an outsider with no prior connections to grow in the company. Some senior management is extremely weak in management. Very hard for senior/experienced new people to join and work.
More fairness is needed.
Some of the senior managers are extremely insular, looking into their own groups. Many of these groups consist of people they have known from previous employers.
The promotions and opportunities seem extremely biased. This also leads to a culture of sycophancy.
It is extremely difficult for outsiders, even with very good knowledge and experience, to grow and have a satisfactory work environment.
It was a good process. It included a lot of technical questions, LeetCode style. They also asked a bunch of behaviorals that were fairly simple and straight to the point. There were more questions that were also included.
