You can get lucky and find good mentors.
Management is the worst. Internal movement is as equal to external hiring. Salaries don’t match the market. They need to advance with the tech stack. Every next month there is a re-org. Last but not least, lots of politics.
Please raise the salaries as per standard. Make the internal hiring easy. Change the ways of working from service-based to product-based.
