Initial coding screen. On-site: coding, design rounds, and behavioral.

You can choose your programming language of choice.

It was a mixed experience. Some interviewers were good and willing to learn your engineering potential, while others were just rude and came at you with power positioning. It looks like they don't have a proper company culture set up yet.

Bad experience:

They had a senior position and a mid-level position open. I was interviewed to be flexible, to be positioned at a level they deemed fit. Even though the interviews went well, I was ghosted by the recruiter. I had to follow up multiple times to only hear they liked me and were considering an offer for the mid-level position. However, the team's priorities changed as they were looking to fill a senior role first, and I didn't have the experience for the senior role (I know, I wasn't even looking for it).

This is unprofessional. A candidate takes time to prepare and do well in the interviews, and this is what they came up with.

I would suggest the company is not set up yet. Don't consider a job here at the moment.
