Many opportunities to grow, but you have to be on the right team, at the right time.
Cons: Merger after merger after merger – I experienced four mergers while at the company.
Leadership turnover was every 6-12 months.

Pros: Wonderful group of technicians with a great diversity of knowledge makes it easy to get training in all areas of technology.
Yearly pay increases and bonuses are a plus.
Cons: The pay scale has a tendency to start out on the low end. You will need to make sure you take charge of your career advancement.
