I spoke to the HR representative for the QA role. After the initial phone screening, I was told that I would get a call from the hiring director and be given a timeline of when to expect the call. I waited a week after the given timeline before contacting HR to see if I was still being considered for the role. The HR representative never responded to me, which gave a very unprofessional and bad first impression.
