Pros: Some teams allow you to work with really great technologies and empower you to build solutions that matter.
Cons: The discovery “merger” has brought a lot of changes with two companies whose cultures couldn’t be more different. You are definitely underpaid if you’re working here. But if you’re happy, why does that matter?

Good Work/Life Balance, Lots of Merger Chaos

Pros: - Unlimited PTO that is actually unlimited
- Work-Life Balance
Cons: There's a demerger or a new merger every day. It is incredibly chaotic and creates a lot of uncertainty.
Upper management/C-Suite is not transparent. They will say the company is doing well one day and have massive layoffs the next.
Promotions are impossible to come by and seem to never happen.
