Fun technical challenges. Very nice team. Fun colleagues. High salary and interesting opportunities. In the beginning, there was a real nice atmosphere, culture, and tech. When management was moved to America, things deteriorated unfortunately.
Chaotic management. Bad leadership on the American side. London management was better; it's a pity it was moved more and more to America.
I quit because of the chaotic management. If something works in Europe, why move it to America?

Hr 30 min - system design - tech interview - culture fit - final interview. HR interview is through a phone, but they asked a LOT and ghosted me. You could have just spent 5 min to send me an email??
They asked me general questions and then technical questions about finding the root cause of the problem, from asking the interviewer. I never had feedback from them. Other people interviewed me other than those who were going to be my direct manager
