Benefits and pay are good. If you don't ask questions and are on leadership's good side, you will be well compensated. FTO policy. Time off is almost always approved. I've never had a time off request denied, and I don't know of anyone who has.
Employees are seen as resources that are expendable.
Leadership often makes silly mandates that they have no intention or ability to enforce. Power move? I don't know. Bluff? Who knows.
Layoffs are common. Don't get friendly with anyone you work with; you likely won't be working with them for long.
Engineers are expected to be moved around depending on where the largest fires are. Teams that function well are penalized and disbanded to bail out teams that are flailing.
Overall unhealthy culture. But the stock price is going to go up come hell or high water.
