Great Manager, Work-life Balance Lacking
HR was very helpful and guided me throughout the entire recruiting process. Good manager, architect, and tech lead. As a senior developer, I am happy with my experience at Warner Bros. Discovery.
At times, I miss a good work-life balance. 60% of the time it is good, but the remaining 40% I feel it could be better. However, I do love the challenge.
