Pros

The company recently revamped its technology stack and is continuing to move legacy tech to the latest and greatest, so you will get a chance to work with the latest tech at some point.

Cons

I can only speak for the technology arm of WBD, where I currently work. Pay level varies greatly, from way below average to above average.

Teams are made up of people from so many previously acquired or merged companies that there is no overall culture. Your experience will vary greatly from team to team.

The management personnel that came from the previous legacy Discovery Inc. are not pleasant individuals to work for.

The total compensation package was hit pretty hard recently and is not very competitive if your base salary was on the lower end.

Post-COVID office life is all but dead; the days of making friends at work are pretty much over. Very few people show up to work on most teams.

Work-life balance is pretty bad on some teams.
