May vary from team to team, but being allowed to self-pace without burnout and being treated as a responsible person means the world on the daily work grind. Very rewarding year of work.

The recruiter approached me and mentioned that the client liked my resume. Eventually, I was not selected for the first interview. Overall, the experience with the recruiter was good; she gave me proper guidance.
