A fine company
Execs care about their interns, especially ones who take initiative to keep that bridge alive. Execs care to include interns in the development process of shows, animatics, pitch meetings, script coverage, et cetera.
I think that the company itself could perhaps present more opportunities for interns to see or weigh more long-term positions with the company.

Development Intern
First, a HireVue virtual interview, then a Zoom interview with the internship supervisor. You were asked primarily about your interest in the specific company and the job description, and also about your background that fits the job role.

The first round was HireVue, a virtual interview where you record answers. You get three practice questions before going into the real interview. For each question, you get two attempts. I used both attempts to make sure I sounded my best.

After two days of applying, I had my first round with a recruiter. This was followed by a scheduled coding round on Coderpad. They asked a LeetCode hard question. I was not able to solve it, so they converted it to an easy one.
