Pros: Laid-back atmosphere to learn and have fun. You meet a lot of interesting people. Good job to get some experience and have a big company on your resume. Good for vacation time and good benefits. Overall, if you don't take your career that seriously, Wayfair is a great option for 2-3 years, max.
Cons: If you do take your career seriously, then Wayfair becomes a very hit-or-miss type of place to work. Wayfair is notorious for hiring unqualified "yes men" in middle management who always miss the mark when it comes to delivering on department objectives. Promotions are purely based on likeability and not performance.
Also, pay is not on par with the rest of the Boston area.
