Product Development Interview Experience

Process

The interview process began with a departmental call to arrange a phone interview with the department head. The department head asked basic questions about my past work experience, future ambitions, and how my schoolwork and past jobs would help me in the current line of work. I was also asked about my knowledge of the company and what changes I would personally make to the site.

I was then invited for an on-site, one-on-one interview with the department head and a few other employees. I also had the opportunity to chat with the CEO. After expressing interest in other roles, Wayfair arranged for me to meet with managers in different departments to explore if their work was a better fit for my aspirations.
