Product Development Interview Experience - Boston, Massachusetts

Process

A very long interview process, but worth it in the end.

The process started with a phone interview with two people, followed by an in-person interview.

The in-person interview consisted of four separate 30-minute interviews with multiple different people.

Everyone asked different questions and held a different role on the team.

They explained that the reason for such an extensive interview process is to ensure that everyone joining the team will be a good fit, and that more opinions on the candidate are helpful.

After my in-person interviews, I received a call the next morning with the offer.
