Process

The interview process included 4 hours in total and had HR, behavioral, and technical rounds. Mine was partially remote and partially on-site, as I had to travel from a different state. Although the interview went really well for me, the company never got back to me after promising a callback and feedback. Very unprofessional behavior.

Questions

Why Wayfair?

They gave me a piece of code to explain and correct, and they wanted to see my thinking and problem-solving skills. Everything went well. They appreciated me upon completion of the task, but I still do not know why HR didn't get back to me.

Pros: Great people working there. Really nice place to work with other people on your level.

Cons: The cult attitude begins in ranks above what I was. There are levels that make people more valid. They aren't really aware of what is going on under them. I sat near a higher up and he just didn't like me personally. My manager never shared what they said about me, but this person felt comfortable telling my manager about me.
