Really nice place to work with other people on your level.
The cult attitude begins in ranks above what I was. There are levels that make people more valid. They aren't really aware of what is going on under them. I sat near a higher up and he just didn't like me personally. My manager never shared what they said about me, but this person felt comfortable telling my manager about me.
