Senior PHP Developer Interview Experience - New York, New York
Process
I was contacted over LinkedIn, and they told me that my profile seemed perfect for the company. Then, I had a small online coding test involving SQL (inner joins, etc.) and a programming problem to format a phone number. I scored 200/200.
Next, I had a Hangouts interview with a senior developer. It was a disaster. The interviewer was not focusing on me but rather on his beard, lol. His English was so bad that I had to focus 200% to understand what he was talking about.
My application was rejected. The funny thing is, they said my level of English was not good. Funny, because the interviewer was worse than me, lol. I don't advise you to apply to them; it's just a waste of time.
