Unfortunately, the process broke down completely.

After an initial review of my application submission, I was contacted by an internal recruiter requesting availability for an initial phone conversation. This was furnished, but there was no contact after two weeks.

I reached out to the recruiter asking if we could try again. I furnished availability information and received confirmation for a phone conversation.

The call never happened.

While I understand lapses sometimes happen, a pattern of unprofessionalism—particularly when attempting to attract top talent for a senior management position—will not serve the company well.
