I applied online, and a recruiter contacted me afterward. I had a phone interview, two Skype technical interviews, and then I was invited for an onsite interview.

The interviewers were very understanding, helpful, and genuinely interested in getting to know me and understanding where I come from. It was a whiteboard interview; however, the questions were relevant to real work experience, not just imaginary textbook algorithm questions.

The Berlin office, where I did the onsite interview, has an open floor space, which is not my cup of tea. I guess people there love it, and the team members I met were a diverse, nice group of people.
