Process
I spoke to the recruiter on an introductory call.
She only sounded happy when informing me that she was going on vacation the following week and how "I'm so busy this week." She then wouldn't tell me the name of the hiring manager when I asked, so that I could look into their background to determine if I was interested in working for that person.
She glossed over the actual job responsibilities and focused more on questioning how I'd impacted revenue for the product I currently work on.
This tells me everything I need to know.
I won't be continuing the process based on this experience.
