The interview was with someone from HR. She asked some standard screening questions, such as:
- If given the internship, would you come back to work here?
- What are you looking for in an internship experience?
Mostly, however, she talked about the company itself. Overall, it was an okay experience, and the interview was approximately 30 minutes long.

Pros: The team I worked for was awesome.
Great ideals, very flexible, remote, and really open-minded.
Cons: It's a big company and has lots of bureaucracy. Unless your boss takes care of it, you may find yourself frustrated.

Pros: There are some smart, motivated people working there, and lots of opportunity to switch teams.
Lots of work is being done to correct the technical mistakes of the past.
Cons: The open office plan is terrible.
Instead of having enough conference rooms, there are open collaboration areas that people use instead. If you sit near one of those, good luck getting any work done.
Snack and food selection is on par with a bootstrapped startup, not a Fortune 500 tech company.
