There are some smart, motivated people working there, and lots of opportunity to switch teams.
Lots of work is being done to correct the technical mistakes of the past.
The open office plan is terrible.
Instead of having enough conference rooms, there are open collaboration areas that people use instead. If you sit near one of those, good luck getting any work done.
Snack and food selection is on par with a bootstrapped startup, not a Fortune 500 tech company.
Spend the money and make the office environment better.
