Performed really well in all rounds.

The recruiter kept saying the interview panel didn't find time to convene for the final decision.

Later, they told me it's org policy to hire only from BLR and they strictly follow it. I was committed to relocating and communicated that to the recruiter and in the HR round. Apparently, L2 will accept an offer and not relocate at the last minute, while other levels will relocate. The recruiter could have told me this in the initial calls. I wouldn't have applied if I had known.

No feedback was given after the final panel decision. Total waste of time and efforts. I will never reapply.

All the rounds were easy. Practicing questions asked in Wayfair would be enough to clear it.

Round 1: OA in HackerRank. 1 easy, 1 medium. Typical LeetCode. Passed all cases.

Round 2: 1 medium LeetCode in HackerRank. Finished 15 minutes ahead.

Round 3: LLD (designing classes, DB, and API).

Round 4: General HM.

Round 5: HR with lots of questions around relocation and staying in BLR.
