Initially contacted by an internal recruiter on LinkedIn, I set up a 1:1 to talk about myself and opportunities at Wayfair. This was followed by an hour-long technical phone interview with a technical lead on one of their teams, using Codility.
This would have been a positive experience had they been more forward about next steps and how they placed engineers in specific teams and roles. Perhaps those actively applying for a specific position have a different experience.
