Wayfair

I've been at Wayfair for several years, and the company supports a great work/life balance, is open to ideas from employees, and makes an effort to make the workplace a fun place to be.

I'm especially proud of Wayfair for the way they've supported me through some serious medical issues. They've been understanding about insurance needs, scheduling, and making sure I'm in a position where I can do interesting and useful work while fully attending to my health needs during a rough time.

Honestly, I can't imagine being in a more supportive environment!

Nothing that you don't find at any company. Wayfair has grown a lot since I've been here, and while there are always changes that come with growth, I think the culture has been retained much better than I expected.
