Pros: Good work-life balance. Depending on the team, it can be a great place to work.

Cons: Management at my team struggled to accommodate and meet the needs of the engineers, leaving at least me feeling underused and unvalued.

Pros: - Short individual and interesting projects give responsibility to take the project from beginning to end. - Very open environment where people are willing to share information and help out. - A vast selection of problems one can deal with, so you never get bored of the same work. - Great pay and benefits (free snacks, matching 401K, 3 weeks of unpaid vacation + 3 or more paid). - Naturally competitive environment where one strives to perform better because peers do, not because you compete against others.

Cons: Little feedback from management, although they have plans to improve that. No sick days. (They are included in the paid vacation.)

Pros: Interesting projects. The team is supportive if you reach out for help. The technology stack is diverse, and you have the opportunity to learn a lot of modern tech and frameworks. Definitely a company for go-getters. The culture and the new Copley office are amazing.

Cons: Snacks could be better. Also, with the company becoming larger, you see new people every day, and there tends to be a bit of turnover.
