Pros
  • Short individual and interesting projects give responsibility to take the project from beginning to end.
  • Very open environment where people are willing to share information and help out.
  • A vast selection of problems one can deal with, so you never get bored of the same work.
  • Great pay and benefits (free snacks, matching 401K, 3 weeks of unpaid vacation + 3 or more paid).
  • Naturally competitive environment where one strives to perform better because peers do, not because you compete against others.
Cons

Little feedback from management, although they have plans to improve that.

No sick days. (They are included in the paid vacation.)
