Process
The interview process involved:
- A basic screen with a recruiter reviewing your resume.
- An automated code test.
- A review and expansion upon the code test with an engineer.
- A final, personality-focused interview with the program coordinator.
The interviews were all fairly easy. I was rejected after the final interview, which seemed pretty arbitrary.
