The first step is a campus HR meeting, followed by an OA and a technical interview. The coding challenge is done on Codility, which is quite easy. HR is quite friendly and will send you an email after the on-campus interview with the coding challenge. They should contact you one week after you finish it to schedule the next step, which is the technical interview.
