- 1.0Please avoid mobileSoftware Engineer • Former EmployeeBoston, Massachusetts, United StatesAugust 1, 2016Pros: Good stock, a nice set of engineers. The engineers are the best. They do quick visa transfers to get the engineers quickly. They can pay market rate. That's all. Recruiters are very good and treat people nicely.Cons: Worst management in mobile. Underqualified and less knowledgeable, political management in the mobile team only waits to get the job done from senior employees. Once your work is done, they terminate you. Don't touch this company with a 10-foot pole. Highly political; you only survive if you are underpaid.
