Good stock, a nice set of engineers. The engineers are the best. They do quick visa transfers to get the engineers quickly. They can pay market rate. That's all. Recruiters are very good and treat people nicely.
Worst management in mobile. Underqualified and less knowledgeable, political management in the mobile team only waits to get the job done from senior employees. Once your work is done, they terminate you. Don't touch this company with a 10-foot pole. Highly political; you only survive if you are underpaid.
Please don't entertain cheap politics. Look at teams and why people are leaving, including those highly qualified people who are laid off or terminated.
Talk to them to find out what's going wrong, and you will easily find out that you need to get rid of age-old managers who are political and giving a hard time to good-performing employees.
1. Phone screen with recruiter 2. Karat interview. It included some rapid-fire system design questions as well as a coding round. If you get one right, they iterate a bit. 3. Final onsite was four rounds: Behavioral, Coding, Application Design (OOD
The interview consisted of two back-to-back Skype interviews, totaling about two hours. The first was supposed to be a cultural fit interview, and the second technical. However, both were essentially technical and required me to write code on the Cod
A call from HR first, talking about some behavior questions. Then an online coding challenge with 3 questions total. I felt time was not enough. I didn't finish the last one, so I failed. I received the email one week later.
