I got through two rounds.
The first was with a gatekeeper recruiter who asked basic questions about my interests. Based on my replies, they decided which group I should interview with. That was a bit strange because I felt like I didn't get to pick the group or position I would interview for. They repeatedly mentioned how they are very fluid and that skills matter, not where you go.
The second round was with a very senior manager. They asked me basic questions about my experience and problems I had worked on, and then spent a good deal of time showcasing the projects they had worked on in the past.
What sort of problems interest you?
