Good perks and benefits, working with generally nice and competent people.
The senior leadership are ruthless ex-consultants who will do anything for the bottom line and show very little competence in actually fixing the business. Also, 4 days in the office are mandatory because I'm a Data Engineer in the Ops organization and not in Tech. For Tech, it's 3 days in the office mandatory.
