You will learn a lot while working there. You do not have a manager hovering over your shoulder or barking at you as long as you are doing your job. The company is generous when it comes to catering, pod outings, and PTO.
Positions liquidate unexpectedly, IT is not treated fairly, there are unclear pathways for advancement, and a heavier workload than what the always short-staffed team can handle.
Do a better job speaking with local management on operations and IT regarding who is productive and who is not worth keeping around when layoffs happen.
Don't hire and fill positions just before a layoff and then let tenured employees go.
