Competitive compensation, not a stressful work culture, and interesting problems to work on.
Multiple rounds of layoffs recently.
The interview process was very fast and conducted in a normal way. First, I had a Skype call for a culture interview and to get to know each other. Then, a technical interview took place, lasting one hour.
Interviews were not easy, but they did give you an insight into how the company runs. All interviewers were on time and very nice people. They don't try to trick you; they genuinely want to know about you and want to show you the company.
During the first HR interview, I was given positive feedback and promised an answer (either way) within the next 48 hours. I waited 4 days and then sent a follow-up email, but received no response.
