Wayfair

Spent about four hours speaking to engineering managers, solving problems, and talking shop. One group of two focused on database design and operations. Another group focused on object-oriented programming. A third group focused on web development.

This is for the Entry-Level Software Engineer role for the Wayfair Labs program. I applied to Wayfair through an Employee Referral in the first week of January. I was contacted by a recruiter within 12-15 days, and the whole process took 2 weeks. P

One behavioral and technical interview, back-to-back, all in one day. It shouldn’t have been difficult, but I wasn’t feeling my best that day. The interviewers were very patient and understanding through the whole process.
