It was a job that paid you.
Terrible management, tech debt, and underpaid.
2 telephonic rounds + onsite interview. Asked about: * Search engine, Indexing * Cursor * Temp table SQL question * Write a program on notepad * Some random array given to implement tree search. Onsite interview for 4 hours, basic questions.
Spent about four hours speaking to engineering managers, solving problems, and talking shop. One group of two focused on database design and operations. Another group focused on object-oriented programming. A third group focused on web development.
I don't think I applied to Wayfair on their website, but I received a call from a recruiter on Hired. Round 1: Phone Screening This round felt positive. The recruiter was very friendly and patient in answering all my questions, and they moved me on
