Process

The interview process was fast and super simple. The recruiter contacted me and scheduled a 30-minute phone interview.

The phone interview involved code pairing using HackerRank and some basic coding questions were asked. Immediately the next day after the phone screen, the recruiter contacted me and helped me schedule an onsite interview.

The onsite interview had three rounds, one hour each, and involved a lot of whiteboarding. There was a lot of emphasis on SQL (designing databases and writing queries).

All the interviewers were very nice and patient and were fully involved in the interview process. They also gave hints whenever I got stuck and were very engaging. Additionally, they all seemed genuinely interested in hearing my solutions, and it felt more like a discussion instead of a traditional question-answer interview.

Within two days of the onsite interview, the recruiter called and made an offer. Unfortunately, due to personal reasons, I couldn't take it.

Overall, the company and work culture seemed great. The interviewers discussed some modern frameworks they had built in-house, which seemed very cool. The location of the Boston office is awesome, and structurally, it's a very modern office.
