A great place to start a career. People are very helpful and responsive across the company. There's a great sense of collaboration.
Changes are extremely top-down and communicated poorly from the highest levels. Every few months, some big sweeping change blindsides everyone, including department directors. There are constant re-orgs and an overturn of leadership.
