The company's management has lost its way, focused only on the bottom line and not on building a successful company. The company is crazed with having people in the office, not willing to recognize the obvious success of remote workers from which they've benefited since 2020. A shame.
Resign and find some people who know how to run a multi-national, billion-dollar enterprise.
