- Nice people all around.
- Not a lot of drama.
- Good WLB in most teams.
- Lots of things to do, so lots of things to learn (if you want).
- Fantastic employee discount.
- RSUs not valued at market price but at CEO's expectation.
- Still not profitable, so who knows if it will survive.
- Lots of cruft, but in the process of removing it.
Change the RSU policy right away if you want to hire good talent. No one believes that stock (to be honest - any) is going to be up for sure, so market price is the only possible thing you can do.
