The interview process was terrible overall. It took months to get from start to finish.
On the day of the on-site interview, one of the interviewers canceled two hours before his time slot, and they couldn't find a replacement. I then had to pressure the recruiters to schedule it for another day. How is that my job?
One of the interviewers, a software engineer who leads a perception team, was just terrible, and I almost ended up hanging up on him. He spent 30 minutes on a question about classification versus regression. What is this, 2010? I told him I didn't know the answer he was looking for, but he refused to move on to other questions. During the system design question, he continuously interrupted me. He also said, "That's not the way I would design it" and "That's not how I would present the solution." This is a design question, and the point is to see how I would solve it, not you.
Overall, I'm glad I didn't get an offer because if this level of disorganization and rudeness is what I would expect in the job, I definitely don't want to be here anyway!
