Standard phone screen. The call went fine, but the recruiter totally disappeared afterward.
I followed up shortly after to thank them for their time.
Then I followed up several more times to ask about updates.
Three months later, there was no response, no follow-up, nothing.
Very unprofessional. Don't bother responding to their recruiters if they reach out; they just want to waste your time.
