I've had the chance to get through all the steps of the technical part.
The first technical screen call was a great experience; I felt like I could give 100% of myself.
The next round consisted of three calls: coding, behavioral, and a home assessment.
I had the feeling that it went very well, as I answered all questions, and I received very positive feedback after the first technical screen call. Unfortunately, I didn't pass the second round.
This time, HR was unable to share feedback with me, which I found a bit unfair, considering I had spent 1.5 months on interviews and felt they went well. I was left confused and still don't understand what exactly went wrong.
Overall, interviewing for Waymo was a great experience, and I will try one more time in the future.
