Pros: Lots of fun projects, great people, free lunch, and a strong devops team which means we have good CI/CD.

Cons: Below market rate software engineering salaries; something that I understand is being reviewed.

Pros: Wayve is a growing, yet tight-knit company that has great leadership and focuses a lot on its people and protecting its culture.

Cons: Wayve’s work is very much in a research phase and will continue to be so in the near future.

Pros: At Wayve, I'm surrounded by the most consistently technically exceptional group of individuals that I've ever met. There is so much under one roof, from robotics, to platform engineering, to 3D simulation, and to deep learning; there's always an enlightening conversation to be had at the communal lunches. I don't think there's anywhere of which I could grow more as an engineer than Wayve. The passion exhibited by everyone at the company is infectious. The culture is overwhelmingly positive, welcoming, and fun; you’d be hard pressed to find a better work environment.

Cons: Most find themselves at the office for longer than your typical 8h work day. If a clock in - clock out 9-5 is what you're after, Wayve probably isn't the right fit for you. As with most startups, things move fast and structure can be lacking. No refined sugars.
