I work with amazingly smart people who are also a great social bunch working together to solve really hard things at the cutting edge of technology.
Work life balance is important to me having young children, and the company has been very understanding about this and is very flexible to cater to my needs.
Having a chef cook healthy lunches for us every day is a bonus.
As with any startup, there is firefighting and many-hat wearing, but nothing unexpected, and this has eased as the company has grown and some of the hats are spread around.
