• First of all, pay attention to the dates of the reviews on here. They're clustered around certain dates, because when a negative review is posted, then they ask everyone to post positive reviews and then they get the person that posted the negative review to remove it.
• Some people get left behind, and others get supported. Some people will put you down for not knowing certain things.
• If you're promised anything, get it in writing; the CEO isn't very trustworthy.

Find an experienced CEO and create a proper HR department.
